Timothy Satrom and Sam Biegel met one another while attending Red River High School in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In 1990, while sitting in the basement of Sam Biegel's house, the two of them were attempting to come up with a name for their music promotion company that they planned to launch as soon as the two of them graduated. The name Question Marque Promotions was born. The name was changed to Question Marque Productions in order to better fit the company because it was now going to offer the entertainment world more than just promoting. QMP was now going to open its own studio. When Timothy started college at University of North Dakota and Sam moved to the west coast (and not yet living in the age of the Internet/World Wide Web), the plan to launch Question Marque Productions was, for all intents and purposes, lost. Reconnecting 15 years later via social media, they were given the chance to breathe new life into their unintentionally deserted company. Today, Question Marque Productions is going strong.
